The contact form collects your name, email and message, and optionally your company, phone, services of interest, budget and how you heard of us.

We use it to reply to you and to scope any work you ask about.

The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Each enquiry is emailed to us and recorded in our own CRM.

The newsletter form collects your email address so we can send studio notes and project updates.

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read.

Resend delivers enquiry emails and holds the newsletter list.

Upstash stores the rate limit counters for the forms.

Cloudinary serves the images and videos on the site.

Our CRM runs on Railway.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States.

We do not sell your data.

We keep enquiries and newsletter sign ups while we need them to reply, deliver work or send the newsletter.

We delete them sooner if you ask.

Google Analytics keeps event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months under our settings.

The Google Analytics cookies last up to 2 years unless you clear them or change your choice.

You can ask for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct or delete it.

You can also object to or restrict how we use it, ask to move it, and withdraw consent at any time.
