We are a bespoke web product studio in London. We partner with B2B SaaS and tech teams to build marketing sites, product interfaces, and design systems that perform — because mediocre web experiences cost more than good ones.
Our story
We started Leangency after years of watching talented product teams ship great software behind terrible marketing sites. The pattern was always the same: strong product, weak story, lost revenue.
We saw agencies that could design but not build. Agencies that could build but not think. Agencies that did everything but excelled at nothing. We wanted to be the studio that does fewer things, better — with the strategic clarity of a consultancy and the craft of a product team.
Today, we work with a focused set of clients on a focused set of problems: how do you communicate complex products clearly, build interfaces that people actually enjoy using, and create design systems that scale without chaos?

Our principles
We measure success by business impact, not deliverable count. A single well-built page that converts beats twenty that don't.
Beautiful design that nobody understands is expensive decoration. We start with the message, then make it memorable.
We build components, tokens, and patterns — not one-off layouts. Everything we ship is designed to compound over time.
Performance, accessibility, and code quality aren't nice-to-haves. They are measurable advantages that affect revenue.
Process
Every engagement starts with a paid Discovery Sprint. This isn't a sales tactic — it's how we ensure that the build phase starts with clarity, not assumptions. After discovery, we move into fixed-scope builds on our default stack, with an optional optimisation retainer to keep improving post-launch.

Culture
We're a small, focused team — which means every person shapes how we work. No bloated processes, no account managers between you and the people doing the work.
